Our property managers do sleep, but they're always just a phone call or email away. Plus, they have superhero-like speed when it comes to responding to emergencies.

Will you evict tenants for me?

We will handle evictions professionally and with care, but we'll also be there to hold your hand through the process. And, if needed, we'll even bring the ice cream.

Will you collect rent in cash, credit or dogecoin?

We accept all forms of legal tender, but we do prefer electronic payments for the sake of convenience and security. However, we will accept rent in dogecoin, but please do not expect us to understand the value.
